The Villa
Villa Natasha is a spacious three bedroomed villa set in beautiful gardens.
Accommodation:
Ground Floor - Large open plan living / dining area with seat a wood burning fire and ample seating for eight people on comfortable sofas or at the dining table.
There is a large flat screen television and a DVD player in the living room.
The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar, and is fully equippped with crockery and cutlery for ten people, an electric oven, microwave, large fridge and dishwasher. There is also a WC with a washing machine on the ground floor.
Patio doors open out onto the garden from the living room.
First Floor - Three double bedrooms with built in storage, all with access to the large balconies that run round two sides of the house.
Two of the bedrooms have sea views.
The main bathroom is on the first floor, with a full length bath and seperate shower cubicle.
Gardens:
The villa's large gardens are a tranquil paradise. The villa is located at the edge of the village and so is very private.
A river flows the length of the garden on the North side, out to the sea. Weeping willows and lillies line its banks.
There are many trees in the gardens, including olive trees, lemon trees, palm trees and others. The tress provide much needed shade in the summer and keep the area cool.
A pergola with adequate seating for eight people is the ideal spot for barbeques, and sun loungers are provided. There is even a pair of canoes, and on calm days it is possible to paddle down the river and out onto the sea.
At the bottom end of the gardens, about 100 m from the house, there is a grassy clearing by the beach. This is a lovely spot for picnics and just for relaxing...
The beach is clean and the water is clear and - where the river meets the sea - deliciously cool!
There is a footbridge across the river at the end of the garden, leading to the village beach and the harbour.
